Stand with Ukraine – Christchurch Rally Join us on Sunday, 23 February 2025, at 12:00 PM at BRIDGE OF REMEMBRANCE, Christchurch, as we mark three years since Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. We gather in solidarity, sharing stories of war and peace, as we have every year. Russia’s aggression against Ukraine began in 2014 with the illegal annexation of Crimea and the war in Donbas. A decade on, the fight continues, costing countless civilian and military lives. The Ukrainian Association of New Zealand (South Regions) invites all friends of Ukraine to stand together in peaceful support.
